Can you make my photograph into a backdrop?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the US. At some point in the future, we do hope to do so!

How heavy are these backdrops?
The 5’ x 5’ PolyPaper backdrop weighs less than a pound. Our backdrops are lightweight and very manageable so the setup and take-down process can be a one-person task.
How should I care for my backdrops?
Washing hands before handling mats and backdrops is very wise.
Avoid liquids and greasy substances before and during contact with the backdrops and floor mats. Because of the matte finish of CakeSmashed backdrops, any liquids that spill on your backdrop should not be wiped, but left to air dry. The best way to keep your backdrops looking like new is by keeping them away from food, drink and just-had-Cheetos fingers.

I want a custom size backdrop, can you help?
We print our backdrops on the HP Designjet Z6610 60″ Printer, so we are limited to 5′ in either the width or the height. Though we have to work within this limitation, we’re happy to customize our images sizes wherever possible.
Is there any glare or unwanted light with your backdrops?
Our backdrops will not give off an unwanted light reflection or glare.
The color of the backdrop I purchased is slightly different than the images I see online.
We do our best to portray the most accurate colors possible. All of the sample images on our website use RGB color format. When the same images are printed, it is printed using the CMYK color format. Not always, but in some cases, this can cause a slight difference in color hues when comparing the image on your computer to the actual printed backdrop.

What is PolyPaper?
Our backdrops are printed on polypropylene paper. Having “paper” in the name is a bit of a misnomer because PolyPaper isn’t even a paper. Although it feels like heavy paper, it’s a synthetic material that is nearly impossible to tear. It’s very easy to handle and can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. Our backdrops have vibrant colors and eye-catching image quality for any photography session.
What is the shipping time frame?
We process your order as quickly as possible. All of our backdrops are shipped in heavy-duty protective shipping tubes to ensure your backdrops arrive in excellent condition. Once your order is placed we’ll add it to our print queue to have it printed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders will arrive between 5 to 10 business days after the order is placed. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States.
What is your return policy?
We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. So if you’re not 100% satisfied with the backdrop you purchased, we will either replace or refund your order, with no questions asked. You don’t even need to return the backdrop!
Though we do use heavy-duty shipping tubes to ship our backdrops to avoid damage during shipping, if your backdrop(s) arrived damaged we will gladly send you a new version of the same backdrop.

Will the image be cropped if I order a 5×5?
We what the backdrop will look like based on the size variation on each product page. So if you select the 5’x5′ product variation, you will see exactly what the print will look like at that same. The same applies to all other sizes as well (5’x6′, 5’x7′, and 5’x8′).
